1. Service

Transportcar.eu (operated by PANDOR s.r.o.) is a booking platform connecting vehicle owners with licensed transport subcontractors. Transport is executed by subcontractors holding operating permits for vehicles over 3.5 t.

2. Insurance (CMR)

Standard CMR coverage per Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road. Supplementary cover up to 250 000 € available on request (1.2 ‰ of declared value above 50 000 €).

3. Claims

Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Photo report (pre-pickup and post-delivery) serves as primary evidence.

4. Pricing

Fixed price quoted at booking. No additional fees for empty legs, hub repositioning or fuel adjustments. Minimum booking 220 €. Storage 12 €/day after the first day.

5. Jurisdiction

Czech law. Court of jurisdiction: Brno (Krajský soud v Brně).
