History
From one transporter to a European network.
We started as a family business. Today we serve dealers, auction houses and private collectors across Europe.
2013
The beginning
PANDOR s.r.o. started as a family business focused on vehicle transport between Slovakia, Czechia and Germany. We began with one transporter and a handful of regular clients.
2016
European reach
We opened the first regular corridors to Italy and the Netherlands. We added enclosed transporters with air-ride suspension for the premium segment.
2019
Partner network
We built a network of personally vetted partners across the EU. We launched a dedicated B2B programme for dealers, car dealerships, leasing companies and corporate fleets.
2021
Post-Brexit and the UK
After Brexit we solved customs clearance for vehicles between the United Kingdom and the continent. Transport through the Channel Tunnel became a regular line.
2024
Digital transformation
We launched the online price calculator, live GPS tracking and photo documentation by VIN. The client receives all records on their phone.

Under a single brand we bring together all our services, from standard door-to-door transport to concours-quality classic car moves and dealer fleets across Europe.

We carry out transports with our own capacity and through a network of contracted, vetted carriers, according to the vehicle type, route and required date. That is how we can guarantee quality from the cab to the invoice.
Professional fleet
Enclosed transporters with air-ride suspension, soft straps only on chassis points, regular service checks. The premium segment travels exclusively in an enclosed transporter.
Experienced drivers
Our drivers average more than eight years of vehicle transport experience. They speak Slovak, Czech, English, German and Polish. For classics they have completed specific training.
24/7 dispatch
Our dispatch line is staffed around the clock. Clients receive an answer within 15 minutes. In case of incidents we mobilise the partner network immediately, without waiting.
Expert problem solving
It happens that a driver cannot reach an address with an 18-metre transporter. Or that a vehicle has a flat battery. We solve it creatively and do not avoid difficult situations.
Insurance up to €500,000
Carrier liability insurance under CMR. Vehicles with a declared value up to €500,000 are covered in the base price; above that we prepare an individual quote. We settle damage in days, not months.
European coverage
Every EU country plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. For southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Greece) and Scandinavia we run regular rotations.

24/7 dispatch
A dispatch team in Bratislava and Brno that aligns every loading with the driver, the client and the country. Available at any time, holidays and weekends included.

Drivers
Experienced drivers with their own transporters and members of the partner network. All are directly contracted, speak at least two languages and know both premium and classic vehicles.

Account contacts for B2B
For dealers, car dealerships, auction houses and corporate fleets we have our own account contacts. One point of contact, partner rates, monthly consolidated invoicing.

Back office
CMR processing, invoicing, insurance forms, customs clearance for the United Kingdom and Switzerland. All administration included in the price.
