1. Service

Transportcar.eu (operated by PANDOR s.r.o.) provides vehicle transport with its own capacity and through a network of contracted, vetted carriers holding operating permits for vehicles over 3.5 t, according to the vehicle type, route and required date.

2. Insurance (CMR)

Carrier liability insurance under the CMR Convention. Vehicles with a declared value up to €500,000 are covered in the base price. Above that value we prepare an individual quote for supplementary coverage.

3. Claims

Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Photo documentation before loading and after unloading serves as primary evidence.

4. Price

The fixed price stated at booking. No surcharges for empty runs, hub repositioning or fuel. Storage after the first day according to the current price list.

5. Governing law

Czech law. Competent court: Brno (Regional Court in Brno).
