Frequently asked questions
How long does transport from Germany take?+
From Germany to Slovakia or the Czech Republic typically 1 to 3 days from pickup. Express priority under 72 hours cross-EU is available with an express-mode surcharge.
What documents do I need?+
Sales contract (Kaufvertrag), Fahrzeugbrief (Teil II) and Fahrzeugschein (Teil I). A COC certificate simplifies registration in Slovakia.
Is the car insured during transport?+
Yes, standard CMR insurance is included in the price. Supplementary cover is arranged based on the declared vehicle value, with cover up to €500,000 included in the base price and an individual quote above that value.
Will you collect the car from an auction?+
Yes, including Copart Germany, Manheim DE, Dekra, BCA and Autorola. We just need the pickup address, lot number and release document.
What if the car is non-running?+
We use a winch and a low-deck loader. A non-running vehicle surcharge applies. The car must have rolling wheels and functional steering.
Do you also collect from premium showrooms in Munich and Stuttgart?+
Yes, on a regular basis. For premium brands we recommend an enclosed truck and supplementary insurance based on the declared value.
