Who door-to-door is for

Door-to-door is the default for almost every transport we handle. The clients who appreciate it most are:

  • Private clients buying or selling a car who do not want to deal with the logistics of collection points.
  • Companies and fleet managers picking up vehicles from a customer, a service center, or a leasing company.
  • Dealers delivering a car directly to the new owner, including keys, papers, and a photographic protocol.
  • Clients buying a vehicle from abroad (Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK) who want it at their door without their own driving day.
  • Collectors and classic car owners, where an open collection yard is not acceptable.

Open or enclosed transporter?

Door-to-door works the same way with both types, the choice depends on the value and sensitivity of the vehicle. An open transporter is faster and cheaper for standard models. An enclosed transporter with air-ride suspension is the standard for premium, classic, and higher-value vehicles. When you submit a request through the calculator, the system recommends the right type based on the vehicle category.

What door-to-door does not cover

In rare cases door-to-door delivery is not technically feasible, typically:

  • Access to an address where an 18 m transporter cannot fit (narrow streets in historic centers, underground parking lots). In that case we agree on an alternative pickup or handover at a nearby location.
  • Mountain locations without a paved road during the winter season.
  • Addresses on islands without ferry access.
